Friday 12th July 2002 was a very black day indeed. It was with a VERY heavy heart that I decided to sell my boat, Tudor John Too. I could no longer justify the expense of just insuring and storing the boat, against the time I could get it into the water. £300 per year was just proving too much of an expense, for it to just sit there doing nothing. So, I realised she had to go.

This doesn't mean the end of either my interest in sea fishing, nor this web site. There is still the option of charter trips, and the odd jolly aboard friends boats. So, I'll still be fishing, and this site will still be here. The Diary will be updated with any trips that I do, and if people send me pics of them, I'll get my web designer to put up another gallery, of your pictures.

Welcome to Terry's Small Boat Fishing Web Pages. This small set of web pages are devoted to my hobby of sea fishing.

I've been fishing now for about 30 years. For the past 10 or so years, I've owned my own fishing boat (I've had 3 so far). My current boat is the Tudor John Too. I live in a small village outside of Stafford, which is pretty much as far away from the sea as you can get in this country. This, and having to work, means I don't get out to sea as often as I like, but I do manage to get onto the water on a regular basis, and these trips will be detailed here.

This site is fairly easy to navigate, just use the drop down menu at the top, and you can have a browse through pages about:

  • Boat - My boats, and the equipment on my current boat.
  • Sites - The sites I use to launch from, and the marks I fish.
  • Galleries - Have a look through a gallery of pictures of my fishing outings.
  • Diary - Have a read of my diary, all about the trips I have made.
  • Guest book - Have a look at, and if you want to, sign, my guest book.
  • Links - Have a look at some similar sites, via my links page.

So, have a look through my site, I hope you enjoy it. If you would like to email me, then click on the link below.
